About Me
I am a third-year Ph.D. student in Geography and Environmental Studies at the University of Oregon. My research centers on cartographic design and visualization, with a focus on applying AI-driven methods to spatial analysis and mapping.
Before Oregon, I completed an M.S. in Business Analytics and Risk Management at Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on machine learning and interactive data visualization. My spatial science foundation comes from a B.S. in Physical Geography at China University of Geosciences, with fieldwork experience and co-authored research on urban commercial geography in Wuhan.
